Melissa is the owner of JT Call Centre and is responsible for overseeing all contact centre operations. This includes end-to-end management of client campaigns, resource planning, and ensuring the operational infrastructure supports business objectives. She is hands-on in driving performance, client service excellence, and the overall day-to-day running of the business.
